1. What TV Cast does
TV Cast helps you connect to compatible Cast devices, play selected media, cast supported web videos, and mirror your device screen. Features depend on your device, network, Cast device, media format, and third-party services. We do not guarantee that every device, website, video, or media file will work.
2. Your responsibilities
Use TV Cast only with devices, networks, and content you are authorized to access. You are responsible for the content you choose to cast or mirror and for complying with applicable laws and the terms of any website or content provider you use. Do not use TV Cast to bypass digital rights management, access restrictions, or other technical protections.
Before mirroring, check what is visible on your screen. Notifications, messages, and other private information may appear on the connected display.
3. Third-party services and trademarks
TV Cast may interact with Google Cast, YouTube, websites, and other third-party services. Their separate terms and policies apply to your use of those services. Third-party services may change, restrict access, or become unavailable at any time.
TV Cast is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC. Chromecast, Google Cast, and YouTube are trademarks of Google LLC or their respective owners.
4. License
Subject to these terms and the applicable Apple Media Services Usage Rules, DLD Innovation Company Limited grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TV Cast on Apple-branded products that you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or misuse the app except as permitted by applicable law.
5. Availability and changes
We may update, change, or discontinue app features to maintain or improve TV Cast. We may also suspend access when necessary to address security, misuse, or legal requirements.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
TV Cast is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every Cast device, website, or media source.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DLD Innovation Company Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of TV Cast, including failed playback, network issues, or unintended display of content. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Apple
These terms are between you and DLD Innovation Company Limited, not Apple. DLD Innovation Company Limited is responsible for TV Cast and for addressing claims relating to it. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. To the extent required by applicable law, Apple may have responsibility for any refund of the app’s purchase price if the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use. The updated version will show a new effective date. Continued use of TV Cast after the updated terms take effect means you accept them, where permitted by applicable law.
