Alarm App is provided by DLD Innovation Company Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Alarm App.

1. Information Stored on Your Device

Alarm App stores information locally to provide its features. This may include:

  • Alarm names, times, schedules, and settings.
  • Mission configurations, progress, reference photos, and QR or barcode values.
  • Imported audio files and saved soundscape mixes.
  • App preferences and temporary operational data.

You do not need to create an account. We do not operate a server that receives your alarm settings, mission photos, imported audio, or saved mixes. We do not provide this content to Google AdMob.

Local processing does not mean that all app activity remains on your device. Advertising services and Apple system services may process information as described below.

2. Permissions and On-Device Processing

Alarm App requests access to certain device features when needed:

Alarms: Used to schedule and manage system alarms through iOS.

Notifications: Used for optional reminders.

Camera: Used for QR or barcode scanning, reference photos, photo matching, and camera-based movement missions. Photo matching and body-pose analysis occur on your device. Camera frames used for movement detection are not saved as recordings.

Motion & Fitness: Used to detect shakes and count steps for selected missions. This information is processed on your device and is not sent to us for advertising.

Selected Photos and Files: When you choose a photo or import audio, the app accesses the selected item through Apple’s system picker. It does not request unrestricted access to your entire photo library or file storage.

Alarm App does not request microphone access or record your voice.

You can manage permissions in iOS Settings. Denying or withdrawing a permission may prevent the corresponding feature from working.

3. Advertising and Third-Party Data Collection

Alarm App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.

Google’s advertising SDK may collect or process information such as:

  • IP address and approximate location inferred from it.
  • Device or app identifiers, subject to platform restrictions.
  • Advertising impressions and interactions.
  • App interaction information.
  • Crash reports, diagnostics, and performance information.

Google may use this information to deliver and measure advertising, improve its services, and detect fraud or abuse. Its processing depends on applicable requirements, device settings, and your privacy choices. See Google’s Mobile Ads data disclosures.

Where applicable, the app presents advertising privacy choices. You can revisit these choices through Settings → Ad privacy options when that option is available. Choosing non-personalized ads does not necessarily stop all data processing needed to deliver, measure, or secure advertising.

For more information, see the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from partner sites and apps.

4. Apple Services and External Destinations

Alarm App uses Apple services for functions such as system alarms, notifications, and device permissions. App data may also be included in device backups, depending on your Apple settings.

If you open an advertisement, external website, or third-party service, that provider’s privacy policy applies to information you submit and activity on its service.

5. How Information Is Used

Information handled by Alarm App is used to:

  • Create, schedule, and manage alarms.
  • Configure and complete missions.
  • Play imported sounds and soundscape mixes.
  • Remember your preferences.
  • Maintain and recover app state.
  • Display advertisements and manage advertising privacy choices.

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, and attachments. We use it to respond and resolve your request.

6. Storage, Retention, and Deletion

Local app data remains on your device until you remove it, replace it, or delete the app. Removing an item from the interface may not immediately remove every associated temporary or recovery file.

To remove the app’s local data, use Delete App in iOS Settings rather than Offload App, which retains app data. Copies in device backups, exported files, or other locations must be managed separately.

We cannot remotely access or delete information stored only on your device. Google and Apple manage information held by their services under their own policies and retention practices.

Support correspondence is retained only as reasonably necessary to address your request, maintain relevant records, or meet legal obligations.

7. Security

We use iOS storage protections and reasonable safeguards appropriate to the app’s design. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.

You are responsible for protecting access to your device and any files you export or share. Exported files may contain personal information and may not be encrypted.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

You can manage local information within the app, control device permissions in iOS Settings, and change advertising choices where available. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that lawfully occurred before withdrawal.

For requests concerning information you have provided directly to us, contact contact@dld.asia. For information held by Google or Apple, their privacy tools and request procedures may also apply. You may have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Third-party providers may process information outside your country under the safeguards described in their policies.

9. Children’s Privacy

Alarm App is not designed specifically for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, please contact contact@dld.asia so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app or its information-handling practices change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice where required.
