1. Introduction
This app is provided by DLD Innovation Company Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the app to create, edit, run, and manage Python code and files, or interact with advertisements.

2. Your Code, Files, and Local Data
The app processes and stores your code, workspace files, preferences, and related working data on your device. You do not need to create an account to use its core features.
We do not automatically upload your code or workspace file contents to our servers or send those contents to AdMob for advertising purposes.
When you import a file, the app reads the file you select and creates a local copy in its workspace. When you export or share a file, its contents are transferred to the location, app, or service you select. The recipient handles that information under its own privacy practices.
File access or data transmission performed by Python code you choose to run depends on that code and the permissions and technical capabilities available to the execution environment.
3. Google AdMob and Advertising Data
The app uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.
Depending on the SDK version, configuration, and applicable privacy choices, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share:
- IP addresses, which may be used to estimate approximate location.
- Android advertising IDs, App Set IDs, and other device or account identifiers where applicable.
- Information about interactions with the app and advertisements.
- Diagnostic information, including crash and performance data.
This information is used to deliver and measure advertisements, perform analytics, prevent fraud, and personalize advertising where permitted. Further details are available in Google’s Mobile Ads SDK data disclosure.
Google and other parties involved in advertising may use device identifiers, local storage, cookies, or similar technologies within advertising components that support them.

4. Advertising Choices and Consent
Where required by applicable law or advertising policies, we request your privacy choices before carrying out processing that requires consent.
Where available for your region, the app’s privacy options allow you to review or change your advertising choices. You may also manage available advertising identifiers and preferences through your Android device settings or Google account.
Non-personalized advertising may still involve data processing for purposes such as ad delivery, frequency capping, measurement, and fraud prevention. Choosing non-personalized ads does not necessarily stop all data collection. See Google’s guidance on user consent.
Acceptance of our Terms of Use does not replace separate consent where consent is required for data processing.
5. Information You Provide When Contacting Us
If you contact us for support, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments or other information you voluntarily provide.
We use this information to respond to your request, investigate issues, and handle privacy inquiries. Please avoid sending passwords, API keys, or sensitive information that is unnecessary for support.
6. Sharing and International Processing
Advertising data is processed by Google and other parties involved in delivering, measuring, or securing advertisements, according to the service configuration and applicable privacy choices.
We may use email service providers to receive and respond to support requests. We may also disclose information we hold when necessary to meet legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from competent authorities.
Service providers may process information in countries other than your country of residence. Google describes its international data transfers and safeguards in Google’s Privacy Policy.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Workspace files remain on your device until you delete them or clear the app’s data. Moving a file or folder to Trash does not permanently delete it. You can restore it or permanently delete it from Trash.
Clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app removes data stored in its private storage. Original files you imported, exported copies, and files shared outside the app are not deleted by those actions.
We retain support correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve your request, address disputes, or meet legal obligations. We then delete or anonymize it where appropriate.
Google retains information according to its policies, the type of information, and the purposes for which it is processed. Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete information already processed by Google or other recipients.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information under our control. However, no storage or transmission method is completely secure.
You are responsible for protecting access to your device and keeping backups of important files.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; or complain to a competent data protection authority.

For information controlled by Google, you can use Google’s privacy tools and contact channels.
10. Children’s Privacy
The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact contact@dld.asia so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our features or data practices change. The updated version will include a revised effective date.
For material changes, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain additional consent where required by applicable law.
