These Terms of Use apply to this app, provided by DLD Innovation Company Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the app, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, you should stop using and uninstall the app.

2. App Features
This app provides tools for creating, editing, and running Python code, managing files on your device, and exploring educational examples.
Support for Python features, libraries, and system resources depends on the app version, execution environment, and device. The app does not guarantee compatibility with every Python program or library.
3. License and Intellectual Property
We grant you a non-exclusive right to use the app in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
Rights in the app, its design, and content we provide belong to us or the relevant licensors. Open-source components and third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses.
You retain your existing rights in code and files you create or import. Using the app does not transfer ownership of that content to us.
4. Responsibility for Running Code
You are responsible for selecting, reviewing, and running code in the app.
Programs may modify or delete data they can access, consume device resources, or produce unexpected results. You should not run code from untrusted sources without understanding its behavior.
The app does not guarantee that it will detect all malicious code or prevent every harmful effect.
Examples are provided for education and demonstration. You should independently review their correctness, security, and suitability before using them in real projects.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not use the app to violate applicable law, infringe the rights of others, access systems without authorization, or create or distribute harmful code.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to use any code, files, or other materials you bring into the app.
6. Files, Storage, and Backups
You are responsible for backing up important data before editing files, running code, deleting content, clearing app data, or uninstalling the app.
Items in Trash may be restored before permanent deletion. We do not guarantee recovery after permanent deletion, device failure, or other data loss.
The app does not provide cloud backup for your workspace unless that functionality is expressly offered in the version you use.
7. Advertising and Third-Party Services
The app may display advertisements through Google AdMob. Advertisements may link to websites, apps, products, or services operated by third parties.
Displaying an advertisement does not mean that we endorse the advertised product or service. Your interactions or transactions with third parties are subject to their terms, privacy policies, and applicable law.
Advertisements and online features may require an Internet connection. You are responsible for any data charges imposed by your network provider.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in connection with the app, including processing by Google AdMob.
Advertising choices and consent are managed separately where required by law.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the app.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or compatibility with every device or Android version.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not provide additional warranties that it will meet every requirement or that all code execution results will be correct.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app, including lost profits or business interruption.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or removes any mandatory consumer rights.
11. Ending Your Use
You may stop using the app at any time. Before uninstalling it or clearing its data, export any files you want to keep.
Ending your use does not affect rights or obligations that arose before that time.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and publish a revised effective date.
We will provide appropriate notice of material changes and request additional acceptance where required by applicable law.

If you have a question or dispute concerning the app, please contact us so we have an opportunity to address it.
This provision does not restrict your right to make a complaint or seek a remedy through courts, regulators, or other channels available under applicable law.
