Use Screen Mirroring only with devices, networks, and content you are authorized to use.

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the Screen Mirroring iOS application (the “App”), provided by DLD Innovation Company Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you are below the age of legal majority, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms and supervise your use. The App is not directed to children under 13, and you must meet any higher minimum age required by applicable law.

2. Features and compatibility

The App enables screen mirroring and casting of supported photos, videos, and local audio to compatible receivers, including supported DLNA televisions. Features depend on your iOS version, receiver model, firmware, network, media format, and selected broadcast mode.

Your device and receiver generally need to be on the same local network. Required permissions must be enabled, and some receivers need additional connection approval or configuration. Latency, buffering, picture quality, and audio support vary. We do not guarantee compatibility with every television, uninterrupted operation, or support for every source app.

Protected content may appear blank or fail to play because of digital rights management or restrictions imposed by iOS or the content provider. The App does not grant permission or provide a right to bypass those restrictions.

3. License and Apple terms

You may use the App lawfully on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and applicable App Store rules. The App and its intellectual property remain owned by us or our licensors. Open-source and third-party components remain subject to their applicable licenses.

For copies obtained through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs the software license unless a custom EULA is expressly supplied through the App Store. These Terms supplement that license for the App’s functionality and services. The applicable EULA controls in the event of a software-license conflict. Contact us for support; Apple is not the provider of our App’s services.

4. Your broadcasts and audience

You choose when to start a broadcast, which receiver to connect to, and what content to share. A broadcast may include notifications, messages, content from other apps, supported device audio, and microphone audio when enabled. Confirm the destination, obtain any permission required from people whose content or conversations are shared, and hide sensitive information before broadcasting.

Stop broadcasting through the iOS broadcast controls when finished; leaving the main App screen may not stop the broadcast extension. Receivers and viewers may record or redistribute what they receive. We cannot recall content or control the conduct of your audience.

Local network protocols may be unencrypted. Use a trusted network and do not expose a local stream or media server to the internet. The App is not intended for emergency communications or other uses where delay or failure could cause injury.

5. Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of content you mirror or cast. You authorize the processing, temporary copying, conversion, transmission, and display needed to perform the actions you request. This does not give us ownership of your content or permission to use it in advertising.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions to display or transmit your content. Buying or subscribing to third-party content does not necessarily permit public display, rebroadcasting, or copying. Follow the content provider’s terms and applicable copyright and privacy law.

6. Acceptable use

  • Connect only to devices and networks you own or are authorized to use.
  • Do not use the App for unlawful surveillance, harassment, or unauthorized recording or disclosure.
  • Do not distribute unlawful or infringing content, bypass digital rights management, or defeat access controls.
  • Do not interfere with networks, receivers, other users, or the operation or security of the App.
  • Do not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the App except where applicable law or an applicable component license permits it.

7. Third-party products and services

The App is an independent product of DLD Innovation Company Limited. References to Apple, television manufacturers, device names, or protocols identify platforms or compatibility and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Receivers, source apps, linked websites, and content services are operated by their own providers. They may require separate accounts, subscriptions, equipment, or agreements. We do not control their content, privacy practices, availability, or changes.

8. Charges and future paid features

The current App does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. Any App Store download price is shown before you obtain the App. You remain responsible for your equipment, internet or mobile-data charges, and third-party content subscriptions.

If paid features or subscriptions are introduced, applicable prices, billing periods, renewal conditions, cancellation options, and refund terms will be disclosed before purchase. These Terms do not authorize an undisclosed charge. Mandatory consumer and refund rights remain unaffected.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains screen and audio processing, selected media, local device information, permissions, storage, and support communications. Agreeing to these Terms does not replace separate permission or consent required for recording, microphone access, or personal-data processing.

10. Updates and ending use

We may update, change, or discontinue features for security, compatibility, operational, or legal reasons, subject to applicable notice and consumer-protection obligations. Receiver firmware, operating-system updates, and changes to third-party apps may affect compatibility.

You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time. Stop any active broadcast first. Uninstalling does not remove copies of content already received or saved by others.

We may end your permission to use the App for a material breach of these Terms, subject to any notice and opportunity to remedy required by law. Ownership, applicable liability limits, and provisions that by their nature survive termination continue to apply.

11. Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise error-free operation, universal compatibility, a particular stream quality, or continuous availability. Non-excludable statutory warranties and consumer guarantees remain in effect.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or business opportunities arising from use of the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer remedies remain available.

12. Changes, applicable law, and disputes

We may revise these Terms and publish a new effective date. We will provide notice of material changes and seek acceptance where required by law. Changes do not remove rights accrued before they take effect. If you do not accept the revised Terms, stop using the App.

Applicable law and mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply. Nothing here removes your right to seek relief from a competent court or authority. You may contact us to try to resolve a concern, but doing so is not a condition for exercising your legal rights.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcement does not waive a right.
