This Privacy Policy applies to Stitch (the “App”). “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to the publisher identified above.
1. Information Processed on Your Device
No account or sign-in is required to use the App.
The App processes content you select or capture, including photos, screenshots, video frames, scanned documents, PDF pages, and webpage captures. It also processes project names, editing instructions, annotations, recognized text, thumbnails, source-file information, and preferences needed to provide its features.
Media editing, image stitching, and text recognition take place on your device. The App does not upload your imported media or project contents to our servers or intentionally provide them to advertising services.
Imported files may contain their original metadata. This metadata remains part of the local file unless an editing or export operation changes it.
Projects and imported source copies are stored locally. The App and its extensions use a shared local storage container for content you share into the App and frames captured during screen recording.
Device backups, iCloud Photos, iCloud Drive, and other storage services may handle copies according to your system settings or the destination you choose. The App does not provide its own cloud project synchronization service.
2. Permissions and User-Initiated Actions
Photos:
The system photo picker provides the photos or videos you select. Saving an exported image requests permission to add it to Photos. Deleting original items from Photos is a separate optional action that requires your confirmation and the appropriate Photos permission.
Camera:
Camera access is used when you choose to scan documents. Scanned pages are processed locally.
Files:
The App accesses files you select or open and destinations you choose for exports. It may create local working copies.
Screen Capture:
Recording starts through Apple’s visible system recording controls after your action. Visible screen content may include notifications and private information. The App’s broadcast extension saves video frames and discards audio. It does not retain microphone or device audio.
Clipboard and Sharing:
Paste reads an image when you invoke that action. Copy writes an exported image or selected text to the system clipboard. Sharing sends the items you choose to the destination you select. Clipboard availability on other devices depends on your system settings.
You can change permissions in iOS or iPadOS Settings. Denying a permission may make the related feature unavailable without preventing use of unrelated features.
3. Web Capture, Bookmarks, and History
When you open a website, the embedded browser connects directly to that website and its resources. Those providers may receive your IP address, browser or device information, and information you enter. They may use cookies or similar technologies according to their own policies.
The browser uses a non-persistent website data store rather than a persistent browser cookie store. This does not make browsing anonymous or prevent websites from logging requests.
Separately, the App stores webpage titles and URLs in local browsing history and bookmarks. You can delete history entries, clear browsing history, and remove bookmarks from the corresponding screens.
4. Advertising and Privacy Choices
The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob.
Google’s advertising SDK may process IP addresses, approximate location, device or app identifiers, advertising interactions, usage information, diagnostics, and performance data for advertising and related measurement.
The App’s current configuration requests non-personalized advertisements. Non-personalized advertising does not mean that no data is processed.
The App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to check whether privacy messages or choices are required. Where applicable, you can manage your choices through the consent message or through Settings → Ad privacy options when that entry is available.
The App does not currently request permission to access Apple’s advertising identifier through App Tracking Transparency.
We do not sell your imported media or project contents. Advertising providers may process and share technical advertising information under their own policies, subject to applicable consent requirements and privacy choices.

5. Purchases and Support
If an in-app purchase is offered, Apple processes the payment and provides transaction or entitlement information needed to verify the purchase. We do not receive your full payment-card details. Apple’s services and policies govern its handling of payment information.
If you contact us, we receive the contact details, message, and attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond, investigate the issue, and maintain relevant support correspondence.
Do not send sensitive media unless it is necessary for your request.
We do not operate a separate developer analytics service in the current App. Advertising-related measurement may still be performed by Google as described above.
6. Purposes, Retention, and Security
We process information to provide the features you request, answer support questions, maintain the App, and comply with applicable obligations.
Where a legal basis is required, processing may rely on performing our agreement with you, legitimate interests in support and service security where permitted, legal obligations, or your consent where required. Advertising providers use the legal bases and privacy choices described in their own disclosures.
Local projects, source copies, bookmarks, history, and preferences remain until you remove them or the operating system removes the relevant app data.
Temporary files may remain until cleared by the App, by you, or by the operating system.
Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed to handle your request, related follow-up, and applicable obligations. Advertising and payment providers determine their own retention periods.
The App uses platform storage protections where available. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Protect your device and review captures and exports before sharing them, especially when they contain private information.
7. Deletion and Your Rights
You can delete projects, Capture Inbox sessions, bookmarks, and browsing history in the App. You can also clear temporary exports in Settings.
Deleting a project removes its local project data and source copies. It does not automatically delete the originals in Photos or Files.
Exports, shared files, clipboard contents, and backups may need to be removed separately from their respective locations. Uninstalling the App may not remove shared extension data, backups, or exported copies.
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, restrict, or object to processing of personal information, withdraw consent, or complain to a data-protection authority.
Contact us at contact@dld.asia about information we hold. We cannot retrieve or remotely erase projects stored only on your device.
For information held by Google or Apple, use their privacy tools or contact them directly.
8. Children and International Processing
The App is a general-purpose utility and is not designed specifically for children. We do not knowingly request children’s personal information.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and address the situation. Minors should use the App with appropriate parent or guardian involvement.
Local media processing takes place on your device. Advertising, payment, website, and support providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their policies describe their processing locations and applicable safeguards.
9. Changes and Contact
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App or its data practices change. We will publish the revised policy and update its effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
