These Terms govern use of Stitch (the “App”). “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to the publisher identified above.
By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility and License
You must be legally able to accept these Terms. If you are a minor under the laws where you live, use the App only with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian.
Subject to these Terms and applicable platform rules, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on compatible devices you own or control, for lawful personal or business purposes.
You may not redistribute the App, sell unauthorized access to it, or copy its software except as permitted by law.

2. Features and Availability
The App provides tools for importing photos, screenshots, videos, and documents; scanning documents; capturing webpages or screen content; stitching and editing images; recognizing text; and exporting results.
Available features may depend on your device, operating-system version, permissions, source content, network connection, and App version.
We may update, improve, or change features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every file or website, or continued support for every device or operating system.
Any change affecting a purchase or statutory right remains subject to applicable law and the conditions shown when you purchased.
3. Your Content and Responsibilities
You retain your existing rights in content you import or create. Using the App does not transfer ownership of your photos, documents, annotations, or projects to us.
You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions to capture, edit, store, and share content, including content belonging to other people.
Do not use the App to:
- Infringe copyright or other intellectual-property rights.
- Invade privacy or capture content without required permission.
- Harass others or process content unlawfully.
- Bypass access controls or recording restrictions.
- Interfere with systems or violate third-party service terms.
- Misrepresent material facts or create deceptive records.
You may not reverse engineer or circumvent the App’s protections except where applicable law expressly permits it.
We retain rights in the App’s software, interface, branding, and other materials we supply. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.
4. Capture, Recognition, and Editing Limitations
Automatic stitching, seam alignment, document detection, text recognition, cropping, and other automated features can make mistakes. Review results before relying on or sharing them.
The App is an editing utility, not a professional verification service. It does not guarantee that a document is accurate, complete, authentic, or suitable for a legal, medical, financial, or other critical purpose.
Screen recording can capture visible notifications and private information. You choose when to start and stop recording through the system controls and must obtain any required permissions from others.
Websites, protected content, animated elements, and infinite-scrolling pages may not capture fully or may appear blank.
Blur, pixelation, automated private-detail selection, and other visual effects do not guarantee that sensitive information is concealed. Even an opaque cover can be misplaced or incomplete. Review the final exported file before sharing it.
A locally stored project can retain unredacted original source copies even when its preview or export has been edited.
5. Saving, Exports, and Deletion
You are responsible for saving work you want to keep, maintaining suitable backups, choosing export destinations, and checking that an export completed successfully.
Unsaved changes, temporary working files, and undo history may be lost when a session ends or is interrupted. We cannot recover files that exist only on your device.
Deleting a project removes its local project data and source copies.
Deleting originals from Photos is a separate optional operation requiring confirmation and system permission. It may also affect synchronized copies according to your Photos settings.
Review what will be removed before confirming deletion. Recovery is not guaranteed. Copies already exported, shared, or backed up must be managed separately.
6. Advertising, External Services, and Purchases
The App may display advertising supplied by third parties. An advertisement is not our endorsement of the advertiser or its claims.
Interactions with advertisers, websites, sharing destinations, and other external services are governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control their content or availability.
If paid features or optional purchases are offered, the price and applicable purchase conditions will be shown before purchase.
Apple handles App Store billing. Manage purchases and refund requests through Apple’s applicable processes, without limiting rights provided by law.
No purchase includes an ad-free experience, additional features, or a subscription unless expressly stated in its purchase description.
7. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains local processing, permissions, advertising-related data, support correspondence, and your privacy choices.
Your agreement to these Terms does not replace any separate permission or consent required by law or by your device.
8. Warranties and Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee error-free results, uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or that every file can be recovered.
We do not exclude any warranty, guarantee, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the App.
These limits do not apply where exclusion is unlawful, including applicable liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
9. Ending Use and Changes to These Terms
You may stop using the App at any time.
If you materially breach these Terms, we may end your license to use the App where permitted by law.
Ending use does not itself remove files, backups, exports, or data held by third-party services.
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes to the App, its services, or legal requirements. Revised Terms will be published with a new effective date.
Where required, we will give notice and obtain agreement before applying material changes. Changes do not remove rights already acquired under applicable law.
10. Applicable Law, Disputes, and Contact
These Terms are subject to the laws that apply to the relationship between you and the publisher, including mandatory protections in your country of residence.
They do not require you to waive access to courts or remedies available under applicable law.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted.
