1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of the TV Remote (SAMMOTE) Android application (the “App”), provided by DLD Innovation Company Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
If you are not legally able to enter into this agreement independently, you may use the App only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, as permitted by applicable law.
2. About the App
The App provides remote control, TV app launching, and photo and video casting features for compatible Samsung TVs.
Available functionality depends on your TV model, firmware, Android device, network configuration, media format, and third-party services.
The App is an independent third-party product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Samsung Electronics or Google. Third-party names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
3. Permission to Use the App
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on devices you own or are authorized to use.
This license does not transfer ownership of the App or its intellectual property to you. Any rights required by applicable open-source licenses remain governed by those licenses.
4. Device and Network Requirements
You are responsible for providing a compatible Android device, compatible TV, and suitable network connection.
Your Android device and TV generally need to be on the same local network. Your TV may require you to approve a connection request.
Certain features also require internet access. You are responsible for any network or data charges imposed by your service providers.
We do not guarantee that every feature will work with every TV, firmware version, network, or media file. Changes made by TV manufacturers, Android, or third-party services may affect compatibility.
5. Authorized Use
You may use the App only with TVs, networks, and media you are authorized to access.
You must not use the App to:
- Control another person’s device without permission.
- Interfere with networks, devices, or services.
- Bypass access controls or content protection.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
- Transmit unlawful or harmful content.
- Manipulate advertisements, generate fraudulent impressions or clicks, or misuse advertising systems.
- Copy, redistribute, modify, or reverse engineer the App except where permitted by applicable law or an applicable license.
6. Your Media and Content
You retain ownership of photos, videos, text, and other content you use with the App.
You authorize the App to process, temporarily copy, convert, and transmit selected content as needed to perform the functions you request.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use or display that content. Casting content does not give you additional rights to reproduce, distribute, or publicly perform it.
The App does not provide subscriptions or access rights to streaming services. Third-party TV applications may require separate accounts, subscriptions, or agreements.
7. Advertising
The App is supported by advertising. Advertisements may appear within screens, during navigation, or when the App opens or returns to the foreground.
Advertisement availability, content, and frequency may vary. We do not guarantee continuous advertisement availability or a fixed advertising schedule.
Advertisements and linked offers are provided by third parties. Displaying an advertisement does not mean we endorse the advertised product or service.
Any transaction you make with an advertiser is between you and that advertiser and is subject to its terms.
8. Third-Party Services
The App interacts with TVs, TV applications, advertising services, and websites that we do not operate or control.
Your use of these services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, content, or conduct, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.

Where consent is required for a particular use of personal information, accepting these Terms does not replace that consent.
10. Updates and Changes
We may update the App to fix problems, improve compatibility, change functionality, or address security and legal requirements.
Features may change or become unavailable. Where required by law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.
You may need to install updates to continue using certain features. We do not guarantee indefinite support for every device or operating system version.
11. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, compatibility with every device, successful playback of every media file, or the continued availability of third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, remedies, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of business opportunities arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
We are not responsible for failures caused by incompatible equipment, network problems, unauthorized device access, or third-party services, except where applicable law makes us responsible.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
13. Ending Use
You may stop using the App at any time and uninstall it from your device.
Your permission to use the App ends if you materially breach these Terms, subject to any notice or opportunity to remedy required by applicable law.
Ending use does not affect rights or obligations that arose beforehand. Provisions that reasonably need to continue, including intellectual property and liability provisions, remain applicable.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms as the App or applicable requirements change.
Updated Terms will be published with a revised date. We will provide additional notice or seek acceptance where required by law. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you should stop using the App.
15. Applicable Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms are subject to applicable law. Nothing in them removes mandatory consumer protections or other rights available to you in your country or region.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
If you have a dispute or concern, please contact us so we can attempt to resolve it. This does not restrict your right to seek assistance from a regulator or a court with jurisdiction.
